2GB Radio Interview
Been on radio recently. ABC and 2GB. Audio archive of the 2GB interview in RealAudio format is available at the Chips4Brains website. I am about 15 minutes into the archive. Hello David and Brian. Seeing a radio studio from the inside is interesting!
ABC Interview with John Barron

Neil Finn’s Funn
The place to visit next to see true web design: Neil Finn. Get the name?
Telstra Bigpond, Gateway
Just installed a Telstra Bigpond Cable modem. Now 56K looks like sucking custard through a straw. And about as stable as a mountain goat on acid.
I also highly reccomend the Vicomsoft Surfdoubler software. Just works!
EditThisPage, Userland Frontier
Another tool called EditThisPage from UserLand Software is also worth a look. As you can see on this site, I am a fan of Frontier – although the UserTalk language would take a little getting familiar to.
Blogger
Using a cool tool called Blogger I can now post to MungeNet via a web form. It is one a few new tools on the internet to permit remote editing of sites. Whilst the base template is created in Adobe GoLive 4, its difficult to launch the application and post simple changes.
Site Design Changed
The base design of www.nickhodge.com has changed. More work with the changed URLs from last week, plus a new image courtesy Mark Szulc taken at Kare Kare, NZ. Worked on the CSS; using a three column liquid layout. Any errors, or misrenderings. Just email.
Update, 16th June 2006: fixed issues with CSS when being browsed by Internet Explorer 6.0: it needs the z-index: set implicitly.
URLs have Changed
Thanks to an email from Ola, and some research; I’ve taken the liberty to change the URL format on www.nickhodge.com. Using a posting on Modrewrite Forums: Complicated .htaccess, it was a simple matter and 15 lines of Modrewrite for Apache, we’re off!
