A great listen – thanks team.
I suspect the ‘clued in’ people got more of a say than those who arent. (Tho I did feel like punching the next person who said ‘they’ when talking about ‘consumers’ and what ‘they want’). I’m a person, not a demographic!!
We should be grateful we’re a “they” and not an “it”
