Of course, you’re still going to want to hang onto Reason because that’s the only way you’re going to be able to import synths into Record.
At least, that’s what I think the email from Propellerheads said.
Although the only Props product I’ve ever owned was ReBirth, they are well reknowned for highly efficient and lean pieces of software. Reason+Record looks like a pretty slick product (even if I much prefer my large collection of virtually dusty VST and VSTi plug-ins).
